Bookmaker.com Still not paying up in full!

Would have liked to continue this in the thread i started about a pay out issue i am having with this book! But thread dissappeared in along with others that go lost i guess when the forum was down.

Ok so now i have half the payment they promised i would recieve on Saturday. I call monday they tell me they dont have my money read yet,
i call back today, its the same freakin story!

The other half i still havent recieved. At the end of this week it will be almost a full month since i started processing a payout! I have logged enough calls on my cellphone alone talking to these people.

They are yet giving me the same excuse over and over again. Talking about how its not their fault that the processor they hired to handle payments is inefficient.

Is this something bookmaker should tell all new signups. That they hire undebependable third parties to handle payouts. And customers should be ready to wait 3 weeks or more before seeing a penny of their payouts?

And i am talking to customer service they keep repeating over and over again, "Well sir you got half the payment"

Well no shit! its my money, they arent giving me a hand out here! They act like i should be thankful that i got half my payment?

I did a ACH request 2 days ago, funds are still in my account (I think they do slow pays for a reason so you will bet the money you requested).

Not this guy...

A month ago, my check request withdrawl went fine, funds removed the same day. Hope this is not a bad sign...

Like I posted previously, my ACH withdrawal went smooth about two weeks ago.

I waiting one more coming, and it should hit my bank (latest this Friday).. I will let you know.

I have requested MG in the past....and have received my payout within 3 days

but then again it was for under $1000

odd though...skybook pays me MG the same day

my days with bookmakers nonsense about taking their sweet ass time to pay people are over with

they slow pay on purpose...oldest tactic in offshore gaming

they could pay you the same day if they wanted to...believe that

I read on another forum that carib had some pool for a pick 10 in football or something but you had to go 10-10 and nobody did so they collected around $12,000 from all the $20 entires

lmfao....ill take my business elsewhere....Im with skybook now....and Im very happy with their cs....their lines arent juiced up like bookmaker....and if I request a payout....I dont have to worry about them paying me my money whenever they get around to it

alot of people in the last few months have left bookmaker....all they do is collect....along with the ridiculous withdraw fees and the 7 day min for payouts timetable....ive seen enough :nono5:

Hopefully it's not to cover my withdrawl and they need the money! I love their loyality points and the bonuses but if I don't get my withdrawls quicker, I'm movin on...

they do this everyyear, bookmaker is fine, there is nothing going on over there other than too much beaurocracy.

I would usually stay out of a thread like this but fuck it. Things are changing over there day by day. They may pay but they are stalling like a bitch lately with their famous ploy of leaving the funds in your account for a few days after your request hoping you play it. I've had payout request mysteriously cancelled for no reason and you think it's "in process" but they never notify you so the processing time window starts all over again. They changed the terms of payouts for Moneygram which you can only get 1K now max and W.U. $800 and a couple of other methods. It's their prerog. but something just doesn't feel right about them lately and since I last made a post bitching about them a couple of months, I haven't lost and have a nice figure there. If I find a couple of decent middles on a games at another book, I'm outta there for good! I'm not going to wait 2 weeks or 30 days to finally get my dough. It's not just you guys too, I know a lot of other players who are going through the same shit including a small player. Most of these books are taking advantage of excuse that we are having processing difficulties and are milking it for what it's worth deciding when they want to pay you.

Update to my problems...

I was given a $30 freeplay bonus out of the blue so I used it last August. I lost, no problem there.

However my withdrawl request is ongoing, initially I wanted $3500 of my money via ACH, that was denied because they told me the most I can do via ACH per week is $2500 but I got no notification from anyone except after asking after a few day on live chat.

Next I attempted $2500 and didn't get it after a few days (didn't get it taken out of my account that is) so I again inquired. FINALLY I was told I didn't meet the rollover requirement of that free token I didn't request which was 20X. I told them I have deposited and wager WAY more than that since then (hell in one wager more than once) but was told I had to wager that much in the casino which I never use? Fuck that...

Finally they told me they could take $30 out of my account instead (which is bullshit but $30 to get my money I "guess" is ok) so they finally did just take that out.

Attempt #4 to get my money going up now. I hope in a way bookmaker isn't reading this and then stall even more but it's BS what they are doing. I've had a great history with them and lost my fair share with them and to have them not show the same response as in the past has me questioning staying with them at all.

Same thing happened to me except I asked for $2500 which is the max they allowed. Other shit happened to but fuck it. I just want to get out the rest of the money I wasn't able to withdraw and leave them once and for all. I love what they offer betting wise but it's not worth the headaches to get your money out without a hassle, the enormous and hidden fees for payout, the misinformation given by their reps and the overall hoops you have to jump through. Most people hear the word CRIS and that's enough but it takes more than that for me to send you my money. Action speak louder than words.

Customer service at Bookmaker is absolutely the worst i have ever tried to deal with. Nobody can give you a straight answer. Plus my accent is kind of heavy Bama which complicates every single phone call.:sad3:

I never did like this book, but I'm there for now, only because of a contest I'm in. The transfer fees are my biggest complaint, I do feel they are completely safe, and all will get paid before too long.

They do offer one thing nobody else has:

Second half of MLB during the bottom of the 5th, not just before the game starts.

and, they don't rip you off if parlaying over 3 teams, but that's not something you should do very often.

Bad Co...I thought you were smarter than that...I will quit posting here if anyone can prove to me that CRIS has slow payed anyone...IMO this guy claiming slow pay is a ghost trying to make CRIS look bad...wouldn't surprise me if it was someone from Sports Option or G&J...things are getting real ugly, but no comment from Sports Option here...I suggest these companies get together and let cooler heads prevail....seems to me that all the ammunition will come out in court along with the truth...AGAIN IF CRIS IS SLOWPAYING ANYONE HERE, I WILL LEAVE THE FORUM...
